2. PM US to get the price quotation if the item hasn’t been uploaded mentioning the FULL NAME, STYLE NUMBER & COLOR
3. Read the Terms & Conditions page and fill in the Order Form only if you agree with the T&C
4. Wait for confirmation email after your form has been submitted.
5. Once the confirmation email has been received, transfer your deposit before the dateline.
6. Voila! Your order is complete!

Once the form is submitted do wait for an email confirmation before transferring deposits. Please make sure the email you key in the form is valid, active and checked.
- Order form should only be filled in if you're ordering and confirmed. For quoations please just PM us.
- No order shall be submitted to Coach if you fail to pay the deposit + filling in the order form BEFORE the sale period closest at 30th of each month. Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel via PM.
- Deposits MUST be CLEARED before our announced dateline. Floating deposits are considered as late deposits and we may not be able to place your order.
- Once deposit has been paid, orders are considered final and unchangeable. So make a wise decision before confirming.
- Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors, the usability, the Size. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases. Especially on bright-colored Patent Leathers. You've been warned!
- Full refund will only be given if item is SOLD OUT. However, you may replace-order other items if timing is suitable.
- Estimated Time of Arrival to Malaysia via Air Shipment is within 4-5 weeks after the closing date. However we CAN'T guarantee an exact date because delivery from Coach to our rep in USA and by USPS/FedEx from USA to Malaysia is beyond our control. If u can't wait or your purchase is urgent, please do not place an order; do buy our Ready Stocks instead. DO EXPECT DELAYS.
- Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate backout buyers. Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed after 15 days grace period. Deposits will not be returned to compensate the administrative cost.
- Balance of the payment must be made once items arrives in Malaysia. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable before we deliver you item.
- ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, no returns accepted beyond delivery point.
- It is our responsibility to properly wrap & secure the packaging before postage/delivery. After the item reaches the courier sevice's hands, it's beyond our responsibility.
- Goods delivered are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
- NO FULL REFUND for items purchased returned for ANY REASON accept SOLD OUT. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but in unique cases, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund.
